It is therefore possible to provide real-time up-to-date information on the status of various services. The log files are maintained for possible further investigation e.g. when a large decrease in orders in a given period takes place, these logs can point out to the exact root cause
of the problem and whether this is related to a not (good) performance of a B2B service.

Bonus Manager

Communication Manager
The news manager is the communication platform within ODS2 PRM . With the news manager to news can be created, managed and be broadcast. While publishing the news can be targeted for specific groups of users. The setting is completely dynamic, each user level can be set, to make sure every user (reseller or chain) will receive the news he is entitled to receive. News can also be pre published and set live on a pre set date. ODS2 PRM will automatically display the news when it is valid for publication. Within the new manager also product-related issues are managed and or documents are made available.

Authorization Manager
Authorization within PRM plays an important role. There may be many variations which have to be created, each with different rights and roles. For example a channel manager who have access only to their own channels or a headquarters accounts with rights that include all of its branches and functional managers who only have access to interface information and incident management. In other words, the entire indirect retail organization can easily be accommodated in PRM .

Forecast Manager
The forecast manager is a new dimension to the sales reporting.
By introducing targets (sales targets), and sales history the system can calculate what the expected sales will be and whether the targets will be reached. This can be viewed on different periods (annual, monthly or a free range) and also the amount of dimensions can be determined. Even a prediction for each channel, product or store can be executed. A combination of these dimensions are also possible. The manager can forecast display both graphical and tabular data.
