B2B Services
With the performance manager the various parts of the B2B (XML) Interfaces can be measured and recorded. It is therefore possible to provide real-time up-to-date information on the status of various services. The log files are maintained for possible further investigation e.g. when a large decrease in orders in a given period takes place, these logs can point out to the exact root cause of the problem and whether this is related to a not (good) performance of a B2B service.



Bonus Manager
Calculate partner commissions based on the same parameters as employees, such as commission on sales, quantity, inventory, profitability, inventory total profit, and more. Set different bonuses for different channels/resellers. Pay regularly or irregular. Approve or disapprove bonuses.

Campaign Manager
With the campaign manager, individual marketing campaigns can be managed and operated through multiple channels. Campaigns can be set to a specific channel or store level. Also an existing profile of an existing channel can be linked to a campaign through restrictive rules. This gives users access to that specific campaign only to if they meet the profile set (criteria).

 



Communication Manager
The news manager is the communication platform within ODS2 PRM . With the news manager to news can be created, managed and be broadcast. While publishing the news can be targeted for specific groups of users. The setting is completely dynamic, each user level can be set, to make sure every user (reseller or chain) will receive the news he is entitled to receive. News can also be pre published and set live on a pre set date. ODS2 PRM will automatically display the news when it is valid for publication. Within the new manager also product-related issues are managed and or documents are made available.

Authorization Manager
Authorization within PRM plays an important role. There may be many variations which have to be created, each with different rights and roles. For example a channel manager who have access only to their own channels or a headquarters accounts with rights that include all of its branches and functional managers who only have access to interface information and incident management. In other words, the entire indirect retail organization can easily be accommodated in PRM .



Forecast Manager
The forecast manager is a new dimension to the sales reporting. By introducing targets (sales targets), and sales history the system can calculate what the expected sales will be and whether the targets will be reached. This can be viewed on different periods (annual, monthly or a free range) and also the amount of dimensions can be determined. Even a prediction for each channel, product or store can be executed. A combination of these dimensions are also possible. The manager can forecast display both graphical and tabular data.

Payment Manager
Full filling the reseller bonuses is a crucial part of being a successful retail organization. The payment manager makes auto bulk payments easy, therefor-saving time and money.

Dealer Manager
Maintaining of resellers and channels becomes very easy and fast in the ODS2 PRM solution. For example; Add sub resellers, link specific channels to specific campaigns, bonus structures or products that they are allowed to sell. Export dealers, bulk import, change passwords, are among many others standard features. There may be countless variations made from head office accounts to self-employed professionals.

Incentive Manager
Based on the amount of sales, each reseller, channel or independent sales rep can be rewarded with incentive points. These points can then be used to order incentive products from the built in store.

Ticket Manager
The ticket system handles internal (personal) communication. The ticket system allows users of the ODS2 PRM to communicate with the administrators of the ODS2 software. These can be different users in the layer of the software. The ticket system also checks if tickets stay open too long. In that case a notification can be sent to another user within the administration.

POS Manager
Offering Point of Sale materials towards the retail channels is crucial, but can be also a very expensive undertaking if correct processes and monitoring are not in place. How much was shipped, was it shipped for free, was the POS free of charge or not? How much did a specific reseller / chain order in a specific period of time. Crucial questions which play a big role in the cost per sale. With the built in POS manager, there is always full control about.

Product Portfolio Manager
Inside the product portfolio manager the complete range of services (products) can be added and managed easily. Besides services, such as an Internet subscription products may contain physical attributes, such as TV tuners, smart card, etc. Any combination is possible, no limitations. Example. Interactive TV & Electricity from another supplier as a cross sell product van be added within seconds! PRM is also suitable for multi-markets and thus future-proof. Functions such as add, update, delete, clone, are standard features within this module.
