New ordering mechanism for Duch Alice partners: ODS2
Alice is working hard to further improving its performance. Not only is our customer service a priority, but there is also a heavy emphasis on providing services to our retail partners. As a result, on March 10 a new delivery mechanism came into use, the Order Data System (ODS2). ODS2 has many advantages. Not only is the status of an order through ODS2 easy to follow, but it is also possible to identify and correct erroneous orders and redirect them to Alice. This eliminates the problem of disappearing orders. Below the functionality of ODS2 is briefly described.
• Reports can be generated at an individual store level daily, weekly and monthly. • There is a direct link to our retail support staff via the ODS2 system. • There is an “Alice News section” where we will keep you informed of the latest developments. • There is an “Action section” where all Alice actions may be tracked. • With the new ODS2 delivery mechanism, each retail chain has a central link to the Alice-order process. |
